These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made by customers (“you”) on our online store (the “Site”), operated by FireStone Living, a business run by Martin Roche, sole proprietor, located at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (SIRET 10383976700011) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.
We sell electric fireplaces, electric fireplace inserts, stoves, mantel packages, log sets and related accessories. Each product page describes the product's main features, dimensions, power requirements and price. Product photos are as accurate as possible; minor differences in color or appearance may occur depending on your screen.
All products are designed for use in the United States with a standard 120V household outlet.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping within our delivery area is free. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address, before you complete your order. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes never apply to orders already confirmed.
To place an order, add products to your cart, enter your shipping and payment details, review your order and confirm it. You will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we send you this confirmation.
We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if the shipping address is outside our delivery area, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. We will inform you by email.
Payment is due in full when you place your order. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping is free. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 6–8 business days after shipment (about 7–10 business days in total). Delivery times are estimates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to you. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage as described in our Shipping Policy.
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
We guarantee that the products we sell match their description. If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or does not match its description, contact us at support@firestoneliving.com and we will replace it or refund you in full. This does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Products must be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions and the installation guide provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification or normal wear and tear.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, strikes or government actions.
We process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Sale are written in English and governed by the laws of France, without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
