No. Our electric fireplaces produce no smoke, fumes or real flames, so there is no chimney, gas line or venting to install. Simply plug it in and enjoy the glow.

No. All our fireplaces plug into a standard 120V grounded household outlet. Freestanding stoves and mantel fireplaces are ready to use once assembled. Wall-mounted and recessed models only need to be secured to the wall or placed in the opening, following the installation guide.

Yes. Our wall-mounted and recessed fireplaces ship with their mounting bracket and hardware, so there is nothing extra to buy. The full list of what's in the box is in the installation guide on each product page.

It depends on the model and on how deep you recess it. When fully recessed, usually only the glass front and its frame remain visible. Each product page lists the exact depth and the recommended opening size, so you can plan your build before ordering.

Most of our models offer two heat settings (750W and 1500W, up to 5,100 BTU) and provide supplemental heat for rooms up to about 400 sq. ft. The flame effect and the heater work independently, so you can enjoy the flames all year round, even in summer.

Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 6–8 business days, so about 7–10 business days in total. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
